- added missing authors name to the packages glademm, sawfish, numpy,
pynumarray, scribus, perl-html-parser
- added code to fmnewpackage.sh to grab the real homepage of the package
(ie not the freshmeat one)

Enable misc/archive/fmnewpackage.sh to re-recognize status and
version number as well as teach it how to get the Author's name
and E-Mailaddress; and clean its output up a bit.
