Mathieu <tenfingers@ifrance.com>:

- cleanups to my repository:
   * using the python-pkg.conf files,
   * using the dl.sourceforge.net load balancer
- adds gtkam : Graphical front end for gphoto2
- fixes some typo in CHANGELOG-RENE
- improves fmnewpackage to support multilines full description when
  they are seperated by ^M
- adds the code to Download to support .Z files
