- fix: mkdir -p download before creating download/Mirror or download/Proxy*
- feature: -proxy-auth argument
- feature: second_run_flag
   - detect mirror only once
   - show proxy/mirror message only once
- check if desired config does exists.
- cvs:// parser rewritten as told before
-  and... the big change, not big change but big diff (damn 
indentation). download_file splited into download_file 
(mirror,checksum,etc..) and download_file_now (just curl)
