python --prefix $root/$prefix build install
will generate an error as --prefix is not a global option but an option
of install and it should be written as this :
python build install --prefix $root/$prefix

this does not take into account the $root and $prefix variables
it needs a "--prefix $root/$prefix" (maybe in pyconfopt)
