Renamed /etc/cron.d to /etc/cron.daily.
The current version of cron includes all files in /etc/cron.d
as extensions to the system crontab file /etc/crontab.

- the flistdel code is now present in the normal gctk+.conf (like
done in apache) and only this part is active for sourcing packages
this completes the set of gnome24 cleanups commit (untested)
