rene/coda:
-use correct name for post-install
-remove yacc fix (see bison: gxx-attr-unused-fix.patch)
base/bison:
-GNU C++ compiler doesn't (and can't) understand attribute((unused)) for
labels, so disable it (fixes eg. a problem with coda)
