- Correct both permissions and ownership of $sysconfdir,
$datadir/$pkg and $docdir.
- Warn against upgrading to 1.0+ series.

Don't copy doc to $docdir. As with bash and readline,
the auto-doc-copy (can you beleive it?) does it better.

The latest mplayer sources are 0600/0700, so fix anything
copied into $docdir. Tested with stage 5 and 9 builds.

Upgrade zgv to 5.7 and remove the obsolete patches.
Add some (svgalib-1.9.x or simply missing?) modes.
Change mouse calculations a bit to avoid int trunc.
