hotfixed iproute2 to build wihtout bdb33 (not only check for stage <= 1)
and removed the useless optimization flag passed to $CC ...

mkdir -p $root/etc/network/modules/ , this is line is no longer needed
as this dir is now part of 00-dirtree.
