- Correct both permissions and ownership of $sysconfdir,
$datadir/$pkg and $docdir.
- Warn against upgrading to 1.0+ series.

The latest mplayer sources are 0600/0700, so fix anything
copied into $docdir. Tested with stage 5 and 9 builds.

mplayer: copy codecs.conf under $sysconfdir (as an
example only, the builtin conf is used if it's missing)
