lists this dependency - I do not know why this was not correctly sorted
during the last dependency run. We need to take a deep look into the new
dependencies after the next run.

added $root/$prefix/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages into the xemacs package
(so other packages, like e.g. also auctex, can drop files there)
