massive copyright note update

- change my mail address for my packages
- add mpd, mpc and gtk2mp: it's a music player daemon and
      2 frontends to use it
      i am also using a php frontend but i don't really know where
      to put the files so i did not packaged it
- fix a tag in doxygen.desc
