Cross-compiling mdadm fails in the case binutils was only build in stage 0.
The ansidecl.h is is only installed if the --enable-shared configure option
is given when building binutils which is not the case at toolchain stage
(aka stage 0). But even if we provide the --enable-shared configure option
at toolchain stage, the headers are installed at place which is not known
when building packages at stage 1.

Note:

Despite the fact that openssl's "Configure" script seems to offer support
for MIT Kerberos and Heimdal only the MIT flavour is officially supported!

Note:

This is needed to solve the possible circular dependency with kerberos
implementations like MIT kerberos (krb5 package) or Heimdal (heimdal
package).

Note:

Building sqlite at stage 3 will assure that heimdal will use systems sqlite
when it is build at stage 3 to avoid the use of the internaly shipped sqlite
version.
