This needs to be done to create /etc/ld.so.conf

Because set_confopt() is reseting confopt, we need to inject the configure
option through extraconfopt.
We use set_confopt() within the multilib parse-config to alter architecture
specific settings like arch_machine and arch_target when building the non-
default ABI.

Note:

We need to inject proper -march while building 32 Bit ABI

Note: This is work in progress, and further 64-bit architectures will be added
      as soon as they are tested!

Note: If in doubt please use extraconfopt instead of confopt as extraconfopt's
      will be also available after calling set_confopt!

Note:

FlexResp3 is the merge of FlexResp + FlexResp2. If you enable FlexResp2 when
building recent snort versions FlexResp3 gets enabled anyway, thus this change
is more a cosmetic one.

Note:

Unfortunately there is no configure switch for disabling the zos-remote
plugin!
