Patch Create-ISO to pass the path-specs as a file, not as one command-line
parameter per file. This enables Create-ISO to create DVD-Images by not
exceeding the 32k command-line limit.

scripts/Download
- fix: mkdir -p download before creating download/Mirror or download/Proxy*
- feature: -proxy-auth argument
- feature: second_run_flag
- detect mirror only once
- show proxy/mirror message only once
- check if desired config does exists.
- cvs:// parser rewritten as told before
- and... the big change, not big change but big diff (damn
indentation). download_file splited into download_file
(mirror,checksum,etc..) and download_file_now (just curl)
^- claimed to be very tested ....

It's OK to have the package selection rules in the main
menu when you only have several of them. But for precise
selections (20+ rules) this is unhandy.
