We do not assume that the rock-linux files are owned by
root.root, and thus do not preserve their ownership when
copying them under $root. See sysfiles for an example.

This patch breaks the timezone selection on 2 screens: an
area (Africa, America, ... - continent?) and a zone (Apia,
Auckland, ... - capital?) inside the area. The while loop
and tzset keep track if a zone has been selected, and exit
to area screen (instead of main) if not. Hairy, but works.

the applied patch fixes mysqlcc (undefined symbols belonging to libssl).
Clifford: mysqlcc links against the static mysql library and qmake does not
realize that there are other libraries that have to be linked, too

created by libtools does not contain the usual ".so" in their name. This
breaks jpilot-syncmal.
(There a newer version of pilot-link announced on their website, but the link
is dead. As soon as this link gets operational, we should reverify the .conf
file....)
The second patch updates jpilot-syncmal to 0.72 and fixes the chksum.

There are different version of gtkhtml, ranging from 0.xx upto 3.0 in the
current gnome2 repository. The version 1.1.x that was used in the gnome14
repository was some kind of transitional release between Gnome 1.4 and
Gnome 2. It already uses the pkgconfig mechanism to propagate its
configuration information (something that gtkperl cannot handle at all..).
The gtkhtml10 diff reverts gtkhtml10 to version 1.0.4, the last one that
GtkPerl can handle.
anjuta and gnucash got dependencies on gtkhtml10. They both can build with
version 1.0.4, too. (ok, gnucash is currently broken due to bdb....).

Builds fine against the current svn version and the gtkhtml-patch i send in
the last mail. I've tested it by installing the gtkhtml and gtk-perl packages
on my system. The test scripts provided by gtk-perl ran fine, even the
gtkhtml ones.
