memtest86 still doesn't compile with gcc-33 / AthlonXP
(probably on any i686+). Maybe we can at least agree not
to compile it when neither gcc-2 not gcc-3 is present?
Compiled/tested with -1946, applies to -2037.

Our activate.patch to lilo enables all "all:" targets, but
pseudo.b requires bcc (and thus produces errors) and is
only required for the diagnostics as far as I can see. So
this patch disables pseudo.b by removing it from "all:".

LILO options, namely READONLY and XL_SECS. Intended primary
for bootdisks. The take the advantage of there, however,
the bootdisk target lilo must be used when making floppies
(included as makeimages -reroot option).

I finally got the gcc so far that it can use dietlibc as default
libc I could get most packets in the ditlibc target running.
Many package patches and dietlibc code - see the CHANGELOG-ESDEN for
the details.
