fixed auctex's priority (needs xemacs-packages) - the .cache files correclty
lists this dependency - I do not know why this was not correctly sorted
during the last dependency run. We need to take a deep look into the new
dependencies after the next run.

updated the ncxomp Makefile.in patch to also install header files

(whether the nx compression works as promissed is not yet known by me
