Small bugfixes for xfce4-panel and xffm. I'll signal the
xfce4 team ASAP. Also some license clarifications.

Here is the new xfce4 repository. dbh (disk based hash)
package is in base/libraries, everything else in the new
extra/desktop/xfce. xfce4-session (the session manager)
is not included (yet). Compiles and runs - under 1041.
