The Patch is updating IceWM from 1.2.13 (stable) to 1.2.14pre1
(unstable/testing), because it's fixing many bugs (like a very important

with XFree86 in it's currentl for this is just not possible - I think we
eed to wait some years untils XFree86 is full modulized and xouvert or the
freedesktop.org X-Server are ready ...

cd ../libiberty & make old_demagler (or so) should be build.
But libiberty is not build at this point. I first tried to just move
@all_build_modules@ at the end. But this does not work, because for
some strange reason the new demangler is build inside the $arch
directory (as in cross-builds) and the rest not ... So for now
disabled ... (this seems to be a stage-1 build only problem - only 
at this stage binutils is build without the new demangler natively)

systray and trigger-launcher will be in xfce-upgrade 2/2.
4.0.1 is a bugfix release without new themes and icons.
Compiled and tested under -1595, applies to -1784.
