Actually it is better to rely on our own zlib instead of relying on a version
from the host.

Note:

github and googlecode URLs are still valid but it makes no sense to include
them in the package description, because they are referenced on the project
website.

This reverts commit 0cf5e0846d.

Unfortunately this commit leaked in from an older branch where this
change is needed.

Note:

This patch was taken from the current 'master' branch of the opensde package
repository. The only difference is that here we only apply this patch at
toolchain stage (aka stage 0).

Note:

'AR=ar rc' is hardcoded in the Makefile but while cross-compiling we
override it by passing "AR=$arch_target-ar" as makeopt

zlib: fixed comment (SQUASH!)

This way we do not have to worry about if we have to link against
the narrowc or the widec version of libncurses because dialog-config
will return the right libs and flags we have to use.
