Note:

There is no need to build flite that late, as it only has a few
dependencies, thus we are building it right after the alsa-lib
package. Building it earlier will also enable optional features
in speech-dispatcher.

linc v1 is deprecated, because v2 is part of orbit2!
Besides that the last release is 8 years ago, so linc is a good
candidate for a final removal out of the OpenSDE package database.

with the util-vserver package, because it is using the same naming scheme
for the library and development headers.

version is not compatible with the current DirectFB API.

Because there is the ++DFB which claims to be an advanced version of DFB++
implementing a much simpler C++ API the chances are quite low that DFB++
will be ever revived!
