When cross-compiling following error appears at linking time, which strangely
doesn't when building "natively" within a chrooted environment.

because patch already created the same file when patching the header
file.

The --with-sql is useful only if Dovecot is being built with all the SQL
drivers as modules. If any SQL driver is built-in, this option is ignored.
