libcanberra: changed to source gtk+conf.in instead of gnome2-conf.in

Note:

libcanberra is not used by GNOME desktops exclusively but also by KDE,
XFCE and most probably others too, so it makes no real sense to install
it into GNOME's prefix. Besides that libcanberra is not linking against
any GNOME specific library.
