arphound: renamed patch file (gcc4.patch => arphound-1.3.2-CXX.patch)

Note:

The former patch file name is a bit misleading as it has nothing to do with
gcc4, but with the usage of the variable CPP which normally points to the
C preprocessor and not to the C++ compiler.
