jpilot-syncmal: moved into attic (see note!)

Note: As stated on the project's homepage the author is not actively using or maintaining jpilot-syncmal anymore. Besides that the AvantGo Mobile Internet Service is no longer be available as you can read here: http://www.sybase.com/avantgo Most probably we can delete that package completely!
